India Essays and Specimens: 1925 Delhi Specimen GV 1r in red-brown and deep green, blk/4 with gutter between, mint, some perforation splitting, very scarce in this form.
These stamps were printed in Delhi for circulatiion amongst the members of the Central Legislative Assembly as “Specimen” of the stamps which could be printed in India.
