1900 French India Navigation and Commerce complete set of 4 (Maury 14 – 17) overprinted “ULTRAMAR” iin blue. These overprints were applied to stamps that were distributed, by the UPU, to Portugal for onward distribution to the Portuguese Colonies. They were overprinted in Portugal by postal authorities. These are believed to be unique.
