Early India Cancellations: Cooper type 30 oval formed by bars with a small diamond in the center. 1864 (Sep 16) cover from Calcutta to Sudarshan bearing QV ½a blue pair, tied by “CALCUTTA“/”1” duplex, with “DELHI”, “BHEWANEE” and “AGRA” transits, all on same side. Cooper states “It is unobtainable and can realize a very good price at any time“. He himself had come across only three examples on stamps, none on cover
